What a fun piece! One of the very few remaining from my Ireland Collection.

The lights that frame the perimeter of the image are from a sign at the CNE (Canadian National Exhibition, which runs for the last week and a half of summer in Toronto). The bright flashes across the top are harbour-side lights reflected in the Mediterranean Sea, as seen from the outdoor train platform in Villefranche-sur-Mer (just up the coast from Nice, France, which is where Norman and I first met). The blue bubbles in the sky are from a picture I took through the windshield while in the car wash (in Northern Ireland). And the sheep. The sheep was standing contentedly in a field by the side of the road as we were driving in Ireland. He had been looking at me (and the camera), until Norman clapped his hands off to my left, resulting in my favourite one of all the sheep pictures.
