Layers: The setting is the Rouge Valley in Scarborough, ON, not too far from where I used to live. The sky is an image of a smoky quartz, a stone that aids in grounding, combined with images taken while snorkeling in the coral reef off the coast of Cozumel, Mexico. Floating in the foreground are bubbles, which I also photographed underwater in Mexico. The chair is from our home, and is part of a set of 6 that we use around our dining table. It has witnessed many great shared meals and conversations over the years.
