Day 16 - Be Fancier Than the Occasion Calls For

Perhaps a bit silly, but who cares - have fun!

Easy version:

Wear a favourite fancy outfit or accessory to watch a movie on your couch, or to do chores around the house.

Less easy:

Same thing, but leave the house. Dress up for the grocery store! Or wherever you’re going!

Why do this?

This is just a silly cheerful thing to do. Sometimes those fancy clothes (shoes, hats, purses, etc) get put on a bit of a pedestal, and don’t get to see the light of day as much as they deserve. It might put a smile on your face and even the face of strangers (there you go - spreading Joy again!).

My personal choice:

I decided to paint my nails! I used to love doing this for every art exhibition I participated in, but now that I don’t do very many of them, my poor nail polish collection is gathering dust. Now is a good time to do this too, before gardening season is back ;)
