You will need:

-       Something to write on (could be a designated journal, or just loose paper)
-       Something to write with
(or some other way to record your thoughts – laptop, voice recorder, etc.)

You may need:

Depending on what you choose for your Creative Choose Your Own Adventure, and depending on what you’ve got around the house, these things might also be useful:

-       Blank paper

-       Pencil crayons

-       Markers

-       Crayons

-       Paint

-       Old magazines

-       Scissors

-       Glue

-       Tape

-       Camera (or phone camera)

Don’t worry about what you don’t have! The point of the creative activities is to let yourself play creatively. Just use what you’ve got around you, even if that’s only a pencil and paper.

For Yin Yoga:

If you’ve already been practicing yoga at home, you probably have most of what you need. Personally, I find it helpful when doing Yin Yoga to have a couple of cushions and a blanket within reach.

If this is your first time doing yoga at home, just be creative in finding a way to do the poses comfortably – a carpeted floor works, you can use a regular belt or scarf instead of a yoga strap, etc. The “props” are there to help support your body so that you can relax into the pose, so whatever works is great :)
